Grid belt conveyors are primarily used in raw rubber cooling systems. Two or more rubber chains are connected by polyester rods which form a continuous joint free surface. NERAK grid belts with rubber chains and polyester rods provide a conveyor which eliminates damage to soft, unvulcanized rubber whether used in dip tanks, spray or air cooling applications.
